POSITION: Marketing & Private Label Coordinator REPORTS TO: Brand Manager

We are looking for a Marketing & Private Label Coordinator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with the internal team to support projects such as developing marketing materials, planning content for our gluten-free brands, Little Northern Bakehouse and The Grain Escape. You’ll coordinate project timelines for all brands in Wrike, our project management software. You will also support all new and updated packaging projects for our Private Label customers.

OPPORTUNITIES

In this role, you will support the Brand Managers in delivering consumer communication programs. You must be a proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with the brand and develop your expertise across multiple areas including shopper marketing, retail media, content, packaging, events, and other B2C and B2B initiatives. You will collaborate with a creative and supportive team, helping to build and strengthen our brands.

You will manage the workflow of all marketing projects and related tasks, ensuring everything is scheduled in Wrike and completed on time. Solid communication and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this role.

You’ll also support the Private Label team by coordinating packaging and imagery requirements. This includes working with external customers, supplying packaging and image files, completing packaging forms, managing revisions, gathering stakeholder feedback via Ziflow, updating packaging review platforms, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

EXPERIENCE

• Degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike.
• Experience managing project timelines.
• Experience in packaging projects is a strong asset.

Salary - 50,000 - 59,000
