求められる経験
Qualifications
● At least 5 years of experience in marcom/business planning (experience in the medical device industry is a plus)
● Global business/leadership experience, success, passion for innovation, and self-motivated attitude
● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively execute job duties.
● Data processing, tabulation, and analysis skills using
● Excel and the ability to plan activities based on analysis results
● Ability to build consensus based on document creation and presentation skills using Word and PowerPoint
● Japanese and business level English are required.
● At least 5 years of experience in creative production using Adobe CC

● Ability to formulate, execute, and verify strategies and plans
● Ability to make presentations using Microsoft office (ppt, excel, word) and build consensus based on those presentations.
● Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build cooperative relationships and execute duties effectively
● Ability to work independently, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Flexibility to work in new environments and in new roles.
