Job Description

Keller Executive Search is on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role demands a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of marketing principles who can drive strategic initiatives and bolster our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Coordinate and manage various marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experiences.

  • Lead the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of all marketing initiatives.

  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to promote collaboration and drive business growth.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics as necessary to ensure high ROI.

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across various projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a managerial capacity.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in leadership and team management is essential.

  • Legal work authorization in Singapore is required.
