We specialize in helping businesses amplify their reach and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a versatile and driven Marketing Specialist to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Specialist at TikTal, you will be a one-person marketing powerhouse, responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will wear multiple hats, from strategy development to execution across various channels. You will play a critical role in establishing TikTal's brand presence, driving lead generation, and supporting our growth in the B2B and agency space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the marketing function from scratch, including strategy development, planning, and implementation.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Install and manage tracking pixels to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Create engaging blogs, articles, and other content to establish thought leadership and drive organic traffic.
• Develop and manage a content strategy that aligns with TikTal's brand and business goals.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters using tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and track performance metrics.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote TikTal (nice-to-have).
• Manage virtual or on-site events (nice-to-have).
• Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications (About You):

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of building marketing operations from scratch in a B2B or agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns (PPC) and tracking tools.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms like HubSpot and Mailchimp.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Fluent Level).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have a US visa for regular travel and meetings. A Schengen visa is a big plus.
• Ability to work within the US timezone.

• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Experience in website design using WordPress.
• Event management experience (on-site or virtual).
• A creative mindset with a passion for influencer marketing and digital trends.
