Horizon Vein and Cosmetic Clinic (HVCC) is a client-focused, results-oriented Medical Aesthetics Clinic providing top-quality cosmetic and medical services.

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Medical Aesthetics Receptionist that is passionate about skincare, the beauty industry, and providing clients with exceptional care.

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment, managing a high volume of phone calls and messages
• Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and dedication to exceeding client's expectations
• Strong administration skills including scheduling, payment processing, general clinic upkeeping, and other office tasks as required
• Previous experience working with Skincare, Makeup or in Medical Aesthetics industry is preferred
• A desire to learn and advance knowledge and skillset
• The ability to work independently and be a strong team player.
• Experience working with medical booking software (EMR) is an asset.
• Consistently create and contribute to HVCC social media content

This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
