- Receptionist

Seeking a warm, friendly, and professional front office person to greet our patients, answer phones and schedule appointments. Experience in a medical office is preferred. Must be a quick learner who can multitask.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 5 hour shift, 8 hour shift

Job Duties:

• Answering client inquiries via phone and email
• Generate reminder calls and confirm client appointments
• Promote positive customer relations with customers and coworkers
• Provide information about services offered and monthly specials
• Must follow all company rules and procedures
• Ability to deal with customers in a courteous, polite and professional manner at all time
• Generate reports as required
• Restock all medical rooms at the start of each shift
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Must be confident, inquisitive, self-driven, detail oriented and highly organized
• Must be able to multitask with strong computer skills and exceptional phone etiquette
• Must be passionate and willing to learn
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
