Sil Industrial Minerals is hiring Labourers for its Bruderheim industrial sand plant, offering consistent day and night shifts with a wage of $25.41/hr. This physically demanding, non-camp role includes sampling, loading, housekeeping, and equipment interaction. Ideal for local candidates (Bruderheim, Andrew, Red Water, Fort Saskatchewan & Lamont) ready to work outdoors with full benefits and pension.

What You’ll Need
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• CSA-approved steel-toed boots with 6” ankle support
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform repetitive physical work
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Pass drug/alcohol screening, mask fit, and respiratory baseline testing

What Will Make You Stand Out
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded
• Flexible with scheduling (days, nights, and shift rotations)
• Familiarity with sand sampling, lab procedures, or quality control environments
