業務内容
■Responsibility:Online Media & Data Manager is a critical role in leading traffic generation and increase active followers for our company.・ Lead to expand brand presence to create on-offline traffic by implementing online media channel strategy (Owned/Paid media/DX&DATA activity).・ To create 360 holistic online communication overviews to deliver best class omni-customer journey and develop content strategy to increase brand desirability.・ To drive the online media strategy and annual calendar based on targeted objectives; work with internal and external stakeholders to lead all implementations.・ Establish relationships with Digital key players (Google, FB/IG, LINE, X, LIPS,@cosme and others) to collect insights, recommendation, ensure communication is up to date with online media innovations.・ Support PR partners to increase social coverage across different social platforms.・ To build recruitment strategy and set key KPIs to expand number of reach/active followers.・ Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of activities, to provide key insights to supportbusiness expansion.・ Initiate and/ or manage data/DX project to execute with internal / external stakeholders.・ Coordination with HQ team for validation, best practices.・ Vendor management and Weekly and monthly report. Management of budget.

求められる経験
■Requirements:
・ More than 7-10 years’ experience in digital marketing and In-depth knowledge of the various Digital channels and technologies.
・ A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
・ Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
・ Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
・ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
・ Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions.
・ Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
・ Business level English (speaking and writing) and Japanese.
