Job Description

• Supporting the business within a growing region
• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
• Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
• Continually look to develop your teams through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment

• Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3years experience as Manager/Director of Rooms Department.
• Working permission 
• Language skill both Japanese and English fluently
• Understanding PMS
• Strong understanding of managing site-level managers and client relationships
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Excellent leadership skills, with ability to mentor, train, and support teams
• Financial acumen, including budget management and commercial performance
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous organisational abilities with high attention to detail
• Strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
