We are seeking a dedicated Operation Supervisor for our Ocean Freight department. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing logistics operations and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Description

* Oversee the operations of the Ocean Freight department.
* Coordinate with shipping and transport companies for timely and efficient freight movement.
* Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
* Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
* Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies in freight operations.
* Prepare and present operational reports to upper management.
* Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals.

Profile

A successful Operation Supervisor should have:

* An educational background in Logistics or a related field.
* Knowledge of international shipping regulations and operations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (sales and operations).
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bilingual (Fluent English, Japanese)
