Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to be a key point of contact between our supply chain teams, sales, and marketing departments. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire order-to-delivery process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. Your contributions will directly support business growth while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Description
✅ End-to-End Order Management: Coordinate seamlessly between various supply chain departments, ensuring orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time.
✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to drive business success and improve customer experience.
✅ Customer-Centric Approach: Always prioritize customer needs, delivering exceptional service and problem-solving efficiently.
✅ Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in customer service workflows, streamline operations, and standardize procedures for greater accuracy and productivity.
✅ Teamwork & Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and working together to achieve collective goals.
✅ Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Take ownership of orders, proactively minimizing risks and ensuring timely deliveries through effective communication and coordination.
✅ System Utilization: Manage order processing, inventory checks, pricing, and shipment documentation using SAP, SFDC, and other internal tools.
✅ Customer Inquiries & Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring clear, timely, and proactive communication.
✅ Process Standardization & Documentation: Improve workflow efficiency by documenting best practices, creating SOPs, and defining standard procedures.
Profile
✔ Experience: At least 3 years in supply chain operations, call center management, or project management
