PA&A Supervisor

Reporting to the Country Manager, Japan, the PA&A Supervisor Role is a key role that bridges the gap between Japan, APAC, Global Supply and Planning Teams. The role will provide key insights on regional inventory, backorders, in addition the role will work closely with the regional teams on supply and demand trends and assist with forward planning initiatives.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Inventory & B/O Management

·BO and stock monitoring

·Over/dead/slow-stock prevention

·ETA

·Supersessions 

·IO planning and supply

Service Level management

·DOI management

·Inbound shipment monitoring (AIR Freight cost monitor)

·Outbound monitor (STO creation, inventory blocks, system error management)

·HQ’s FCST review and suggest amended FCST

·Process improvement

·Spike in demand visibility

Pricing

·Support Price to market 

Retail promotion and Go to Market inventory planning

·Timely Retail Promotion planning and execution, along with annual promotions planning

·Preparation of high turnover parts for Go to Market Models

·Management and control of discounts

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

·3 years’ experience in similar position

·Computer skilled with Web, PC applications and data analysis

·Advanced Excel

·Microsoft office & similar software 

·Power-Bi

·Strong leadership skills, including resolution management

·Technical Knowledge of recreational products and/or Automotive and/or Motorcycle

·Strong communication and presentation skills (Both Japanese & English)

·Ability to manage multiple priorities & deadlines.
