Company Profile

• A global fintech firm has recently entered Japan and looking for a Director of Partnerships with a focus on overseeing a portfolio of partners and customers to drive value and increase usage.

The Role

• Drive adoption and success across their key partners, i.e. Financial Institutions and Commerce platforms
• Own the customer lifecycle journey from launch, activation and growth
• Set the foundation for long-term, successful customer relationships
• Work with partners to develop and plan and execute new use cases around it's product portfolio

Your Skills

• 10+ years' experience in customer-facing roles such as Business Development, Account Management/Customer Success or Strategic Consulting
• Prior experience in payments or adjacent domains such as Web3, Blockchain, or Digital Assets is a must-have requirement
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work under levels of ambiguity, preferably in a start-up setting
• Japanese (native level); English (business level)

• 25,000,000 yen - 30,000,000 yen
