Job Description

Eastside Dodge is Hiring an experienced and reliable Parts Advisor to join their team!

Are you passionate about automotive parts and accessories? Do you enjoy helping customers find the right fit for their vehicle while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Parts & Accessory Specialist with at least one year of experience to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and sales
Source and order parts and accessories promptly and accurately
Maintain organized inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
Upsell accessories and parts to enhance customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the service and sales departments for seamless operations
Deliver exceptional customer service – in person, over the phone, and online

What You Bring:

Minimum 1 year of parts accessory experience
Strong product knowledge and a customer-first attitude
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using parts catalog systems and inventory software
Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
