Gestrago is made up of a group of companies, including Les entreprises Marcel Malo et Fils Ltée , which specializes in the rental of aerial work platforms, forklifts, and hydraulic scaffolding.

We are looking for a full-time Parts Clerk, Monday to Friday, daytime.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Operations Director, the incumbent will be responsible for receiving and ordering various parts for tools and equipment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Without being exhaustive and subject to change (in the latter case, upon prior notice from the employer), the description of the main duties of the Parts Clerk is as follows: :

• Receive and sort parts and supplies;
• Receive and store items in the computer system in an orderly manner so that they are easily accessible, in a warehouse, tool shed, or elsewhere;
• Process incoming requests and route or distribute parts and supplies within the facility for technicians;
• Maintain records of orders and the number, type, and location of parts and supplies available using a manual or computerized system;
• Prepare orders to replenish parts and supplies reserves;
• All other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of heavy equipment;
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the mechanical field (an asset);
• Organizational skills;
• Comfortable with computers.
