Immanuel Baptist Church is a Bible-believing church affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and the Minnesota-Wisconsin Baptist Convention, located just a few miles from Lake Michigan in Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin. We are a small body of believers at present, seeking to creatively re-engage our community. We are praying for a bi-vocational Pastor who will serve 25-30 hours per week.
We believe a Pastor should be a God-called and God-qualified man who will lead our church in revitalization, outreach, and continuous growth. We seek a man of character, calling, and proven competence who cares for his congregation, for his family, and for the lost.
The Pastor’s commitment must be aligned with our purpose, which is rooted in the Great Commandment and the Great Commission: To wholeheartedly love God, relying on his power and presence to enable us to lead others to become disciples of Jesus Christ.
The Pastor’s responsibilities will include: shepherd and care for the congregation and to faithfully preach the Gospel and the Bible as God’s inerrant word.
