Regional Enforcement Services consists of a Patrol Unit, Parkland Patrol Unit, Community Standards (Bylaw) Unit, Administration Unit, and the Regional Animal Pound.
The County of Grande Prairie No. 1 Regional Enforcement Services Department is a multidisciplinary law enforcement agency dedicated to improving community safety, traffic safety, and infrastructure safety through proactive patrols, cooperative partnerships, crime prevention, education and community policing initiatives.
The purpose of this supervisory position is to oversee the operation of the County of Grande Prairie No. 1 Regional Enforcement Services department Peace Officers and to carry out any other duties required by the Director of Regional Enforcement Services. The Peace Officer Sergeants also ensure that these duties are satisfactorily carried out by all other member of Regional Enforcement Services.
