Personal Care Aide (PCA) at Interim HealthCare - Enola Location Position: Personal Care Aide (PCA) Location: Enola, PA Hours: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 7 days a week About Us: Interim HealthCare is a leading provider of home care. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team in Enola, PA. As a PCA, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Providing companionship and emotional support
Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and behavior
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Performing light housekeeping duties
Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
Medication reminders

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a PCA or in a similar role preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
