Job Title: Pharmacist
Location : Seattle, WA
Duration: 4 months with possible Extension
Job Descriptio n:
1. Active Pharmacist License: Hold a current, unrestricted pharmacist license in WA.
2. Patient-Centered Approach: Committed to compassionate, judgment-free care-especially for patients living with HIV/AIDS and underserved populations.
3 . Operational Competence: Proficient in using pharmacy software systems, managing insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Knowledge of the McKesson Enterprise pharmacy management system is preferred.
5. Collaborative Mindset: Works well within multidisciplinary care teams, contributing to holistic, coordinated care.
6. Strong Communication Skills: Able to clearly counsel patients, support adherence, and effectively communicate with providers and support staff
