求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
・5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and inventory management.
・Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
・Expert knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
・Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+).
・Business-level Japanese proficiency.
・Experience in driving process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
