White Rabbit Japan is working to elevate e-commerce between Japanese sellers and overseas buyers. At the core of this effort are our Japan Rabbit and Blackship products. Japan Rabbit makes buying from Japan hassle-free for thousands of people and businesses worldwide. Blackship makes forwarding packages from Japan faster and easier for businesses and individuals.

Your Role as a Product Manager:

• Customer Insight: Dive deep into customer feedback, conduct insightful surveys, engage in discovery calls, and harness this data to set product priorities.
• Enhancement: Analyze product engagement, partnering with designers to elevate user experience.
• Collaboration: Engage cross-functionally, optimizing efficiency and ensuring features resonate with customer needs.
• Product Evolution: Launch, test, and iterate on new products/features. Foster solutions by connecting across product areas and regions.
• Market Intel: Be the eyes and ears, understanding market dynamics, competition, and evolving customer needs.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Four years in technical product management.
  • Expertise in strategizing product roadmaps and steering cross-functional collaborations.
  • Experience in sculpting product vision, design-centric thinking, and leading design interactions.
  • A history of orchestrating web products and technologies.
  • Demonstrated capability to influence without wielding direct authority.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • A blend of customer discovery, UI/UX experience, and strong data analytics skills.
  • Aligning design vision with technical delivery to meet user and business goals.
  • Ability to process, analyze, and derive meaningful insights from data and craft compelling data visualizations using tools like Python.
  • Aptitude for comprehensive market research.
  • Experience in determining and validating Product Market Fit.

Regional Time Zone Alignment

Seeking candidates in the East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Oceania regions or any location that can ensure a minimum of 4 hours of working time overlap with the Japan Standard Time (JST) zone.
