The Role

• 
  Own the product lifecycle for the AI Data Platform and related products, from ideation to deployment and continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams to design services and experiences that deliver maximum value to users.
• Lead customer interviews, research, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs and validate hypotheses.
• Manage product roadmaps and backlogs across multiple simultaneous projects, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
• Drive cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment, ensuring agile, outcome-focused delivery.
• Formulate and execute strategies for global product expansion, including localization and scaling internal operations.
• Continuously improve product quality, usability, and impact through data-driven decision-making.

Your Skills

• 
  Passion for building products that deliver real outcomes and societal value.
• Proven experience with agile development methods and leading cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Strong ability to build hypotheses, think abstractly, and quickly validate ideas.
• Business-level English
• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or above).
• Currently residing in Japan with a valid working visa.
• Experience in any of the following:
• Product management (especially in software/web services)
• Software engineering or system development
• IT service improvement project management
• Domain expertise in manufacturing, logistics, or procurement

• Experience as a Product Owner in Scrum, launching new businesses, or working in multicultural, multilingual, or venture/startup environments.
• Data-driven mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.

• 8,000,000 yen - 12,000,000 yen
