Position : Production Supervisor

Location: Vaughan, ON 

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (depending on experience)

Industry: Manufacturing / Doors & Windows / Building Materials / Vinyl / Aluminum

Employment Term: Fulltime / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Completes daily production reports.
• Collaborate with supply chain and quality control teams to optimize output.
• Assist in production as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education an asset.
• 3-5 years of production supervisor experience.
• Previous experience in vinyl / aluminum window or door manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
