Job Description
Program Service staff are on the front lines of customer service and excellence at Casa Lorna. During the sea Bonal event such as symphony in the gardens, legends of horror, holiday lights, tour buses and school program tours. Your role is to make our guests feel welcome, comfortable, and ready for our program or service. This means being prepared with historical and physical knowledge of the castle, audio and/or program materials to hand out, and a guiding hand for a tour or to their program and Service. As a first point of contact — this hospitality role provided an important first impression to castle guests.

Program & Services Staff are responsible for
Tour — assisting our tour guides on educational or tourist tours of the castle i
Greet and Seat guests Program or equipment management
Crowd Control — managing audience movement during programs so that other guests are not disturbed
Managing customer objections and problem-solving and Solution Validating tickets/as Beginning seating through liaising with the box office Managing / maintaining the line before our guest enter
Knowledge of the floorplan
- Handing out the Programs (events will come with a program, catered for that show /event, we ensure each guest receive a program upon arrival)
- Assisting differently abled guests/Accommodation
- Knowledgeable about the breakdown of the day (i.e., photo shoots, tour buses)
- Helping and assisting with the bussing during an event.
- Liaising with security when concerns exist
- Maintaining your work area (making sure your area is clean, organized, and tidy as well as surrounding area).
- Other tasks assigned by management
