We are currently seeking Project Analyst I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Analyst I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing - Collaborating with clients to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Providing comprehensive support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring seamless communication and coordination between internal teams and clients.
- Assisting in the development and execution of project plans and strategies.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Your profile - Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client services, project management, or a related role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

以下クライアント = ICON グローバルにおける全部門.
同部門の Project Manager/Project Analystとして,クライアントの翻訳プロジェクトにおいて,プロジェクトの開始までのコミュニケーション(内容,費用などのすり合わせ)から全体のプロジェクトマネジメント一連
(社内外の翻訳者との連携,納品までの進捗及び品質管理など)をご担当いただきます.
[主な業務内容]
•クライアントのニーズを踏まえてデータベースより翻訳者やレビュアーの選定,依頼
•案件進捗管理,予算内での管理
•翻訳チェッカーへのチェック依頼
•納品物の最終確認,納品
•クライアントの期待値を管理し,パートナーシップを強化する.
•必要に応じて,最終提案書を期限内にクライアントに提出する.
•クライアントのニーズに合致した成果物を作成するために,明確で簡潔なプロジェクト指示書の作成
•プロジェクトの運営にあたってチームメンバーとクライアントの連携
•緊急の問い合わせやタスクを効果的かつ迅速に管理し,プロジェクトのタイムラインの管理 等
[必須(MUST)]
•翻訳会社または企業の翻訳部門における 1年以上の Project Management の ご経験(受注前～納品まで)
•ビジネスレベルの日本語力と英語力
•マイクロソフトオフィスを使用して業務が可能な方
[歓迎(WANT)]
•医薬品開発に関する知識
•顧客折衝,顧客管理の経験
•翻訳支援ツール(CAT ツール)の使用経験
•マルチタスクな環境で業務が得意な方
•タイムマネジメント•業務の優先順位付けができる方
