Job Description

On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Project Coordinator for a contract role. This position can be a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office or fully remote.

Project Coordinator - Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinators to support a variety of technical and non-technical projects. These roles involve assisting in the seamless execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Project Coordinator - Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and reports.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to ensure project progress.
  • Identify potential issues and collaborate with team members to develop solutions.
  • Assist in managing project resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.

Project Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with PPM Pro, Planview, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office Suite.

Project Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with accessible project management practices.

Project Coordinator – Assignment Length:

This is a contract position for 6 months.
