Key Responsibilities

• Manage both onsite and offshore team members
• Lead and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource planning

Project Scope and Duties

• Handle onsite and occasional offshore team management
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, and business teams
• Oversee resource allocation and scheduling
• Maintain regular communication with clients

Candidate Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 3 years of project management experience in application development
• Basic understanding of AI, with the ability to explain it to clients
• Native-level Japanese proficiency
• English reading and writing skills

Good to Have:

• Experience working on AI-related projects, especially involving LLM

Additional Requirements

• 3+ years of overall project management experience
• Solid foundational knowledge of AI and machine learning
• Fluent Japanese (native level), with reading and writing ability in English

Preferred Background

• Hands-on experience in AI-related projects and development work
