A privately held, long-established real estate organization with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a dedicated
Property Manager. With a legacy dating back nearly a century, the company is known for its commitment to quality, service, and long-term relationships in the real estate sector.

Your New Role

As the Property Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Property Management and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties. Your responsibilities will include managing site staff, coordinating maintenance and renovations, handling tenant relations, ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards, and supporting leasing and financial operations.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and related legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Property Management (preferred)
  • Health & Safety and Emergency First Aid certifications
  • CPM designation (completed or in progress) is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
