Randstad is helping them find a talented translator/interpreter to support their team.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs Translator/Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between the Vice President and other internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for interpreting during internal meetings and translating important documents, ensuring smooth and effective communication across the company.■Main tasks include・Provide interpretation for internal meetings (Japanese ⇔ English).・Translate meeting materials and internal documents (Japanese ⇔ English).・Schedule and organize meetings.・Provide other assistant duties as needed.■Work Conditions:・Workdays: 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)・Working hours: 4 hours per day・Work location: On-site (remote work is not available)If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now.We look forward to hearing from you.Sound like a good fit? ■Requirements
・Must have business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
・Must have experience in interpretation and translation, preferably in a business environment.
・Must have basic PC skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
・Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
・Strong communication and adaptability skills.
