仕事内容
セールスアドバイザー（H&Mアパレル販売スタッフ）は、ストアの売上と利益に貢献する最高のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する役割を担っていまます。セールスアドバイザーとして、常にカスタマーを第一に考え、サポートを提供し、商品やファッションの知識を共有。店舗運営やガーメント（衣類）ケアを通じて、カスタマーが買い物をしやすい環境を整えます。また、自分の知識やスキルをチームメンバーと共有し、必要な時には助け合いながら、前向きな職場環境を築いてください。

雇用契約期間 ：有期労働契約
試用期間 :6か月間
就業場所 :（雇い入れ直後）H&M札幌店、もしくは提示のあったそのほかの店舗
（変更の範囲)会社の定める店舗/事業所（テレワークを行う場所を含む）
就業時間 :0-20 TEMP(短期契約) 0 時間以上 20 時間未満
8-20 パートタイム 8 時間以上 20 時間未満
※就業日、就業時間（始業・終業時間）は会社の指示（シフト表）による。 休憩時間（無給）は、下記の通り実働時間 4 時間以上で発生するものとする。
時間外労働の詳細 ：ワークライフバランスを徹底するため残業には店長の事前承認が必要
時給 ：1,010円
有給消化率 ：80%以上
