Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Sales Director for Cloud to lead our team and drive sales in Japan market The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Cloud technology and a passion for sales and leadership.

Description

* The role is responsible for managing and growing sales in a specific region, with a focus on telecom cloud sales.
* This includes achieving revenue targets and consistently generating demand to build a strong sales pipeline that drives conversions.
* The individual will collaborate closely with pre-sales and solution engineering teams to secure new deals and will leverage partner and go-to-market relationships to amplify sales efforts.
* As the region grows and market potential expands, the role may include managing direct reports.

Profile

* This position will require 10+ years of leadership experience in consultative cloud software sales, especially in Hyperconverged Infrastructure (SaaS, PaaS), with at least 5 years of in-region experience in Cloud, Orchestration, and Virtualization/HCI.
* Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and a proven CxO network in Telecom/CSPs.
* The candidate must thrive in a diverse, cross-functional team environment, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes.
