Primary Responsibilities

  • Nurturing prospects through lead generation channels, like networking, outbound dialing, and social media.
  • Building trusted relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Understanding our target audience, products and services.
  • Closing deals over the phone or zoom with high-quality clients.
  • Attending live speaking engagements and webinars (travel capacity).
  • Collaborating for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in outside sales, handling objections, and lead generation. Experience in business coaching or working with trade contractors is a plus. Sales experience in a service industry is also a plus.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences in live public settings and virtual platforms.
  • Strong networking skills with a proven track record of building relationships and partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, virtual meeting tools, payment processing software, and other relevant technology. Experience with Go High Level is a plus.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work towards common goals.
  • Located in the Greater Toronto Area or Southern United States
  • Formal sales training is a bonus.
