We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Japan team. This role is designed as a stepping stone to become a Sales Representative, offering comprehensive exposure to sales processes and customer relationship management within a well-established, international organization.

Description

* Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient processes and timely execution of tasks.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery timelines.
* Prepare sales reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
* Assist in managing contracts, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
* Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
* Identify process improvements to enhance overall sales support efficiency.

Profile

* Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role
* Proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various sales support activities effectively.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
