Job Description

Supportworks is looking for a  Sales Trainer to join our growing team of trainers and consultants. At Supportworks we sell foundation and concrete repair products to a large network of independent construction contractors around the country. But our secret sauce? Training and supporting these contractors so they can be as successful as possible, and that includes training our sales process and cutting-edge sales software. Do you need sales or training experience for this position? Nope. We can train you!

As a Sales Trainer, You’ll Impact Our Contractors & Company in the Following Ways:    
  • TRAINING: You’ll train sales managers and sales reps from around the country via in-person learning (travel up to 18 quick trips per year), trainings at our headquarters, livestreams, webinars, and phone calls. We teach a consultative, educational approach to sales and let the customer decide. This isn’t your typical smarmy type of sales. Yep, we said smarmy…   
  • CREATE SALES TOOLS & TRAINING: We’re a group of innovators. Yes, we have a tried-and-true sales model but there are still so many things about it we can redefine and new things we can create to help our contractors. You’ll get to take part in the creation process in things like new trainings, new sales aids, and more.    
  • HELP GENERATE REVENUE FOR OUR CONTRACTORS AND US: When you train sales managers and sales representtives well, they make more sales. When that happens, more homeowners around the country get a trusted solution to their foundation and concrete repair issues. Then our contractors make more money to reinvest in their employees and communities. And what’s in it for us? What We’d Like You to Have: 
  • KNOWLEDGE: Sales and/or training experience are welcome, but if you don’t have it, we’ll train you.   
  • SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES: A passion for seeing people develop in their knowledge and skills. Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation. Ability to drive a passion in others to be the best they can be at their craft.   
  • LOCATION: This position is not remote, and requires reporting to our office in Papillion, NE.
