【具体的な業務内容】
グローバルでの販社基盤業務領域を対象としたSAP S/4 HANA Cloudをイネーブラーとした業務改革支援を情報システム担当のプログラムリーダーと、並行してグローバルでのITガバナンス強化を推進頂きます。
1.グロ-バル販社業務改革プログラムマネジメント・ 情報システム担当のプログラムリーダーとして、プログラム全体のIT面でのQCDに関するモニタリングとコントロール・マルチベンダ管理、社内リソース調整・グローバル各販社との施策合意形成支援、プロジェクト推進支援 2.グローバルITガバナンス強化・グローバルヤマハ全体を対象にIT/デジタル領域軸でのヒト/カネ/モノのガバナンス強化構想策定
【必須の経験・スキル・資格】
・グローバルレベルでの製造業のプロセスとそれを支える情報システムの理解
・業務改革（BPR）の実施経験
・プログラムマネージャー、もしくは同等役割でのプログラム管理経験
・SAPに関する下記業務のうち２つ以上
