【セキュリティアドバイザーの役割】
このポジションは Splunk のセキュリティビジネス拡大において重要な役割を果たします。サイバーセキュリティアドバイザーとして、お客様のセキュリティ防御力強化や Splunk プラットフォームの最大活用を支援します。お客様のセキュリティ課題を理解し、専門的な助言を提供するとともに、 Splunk ソリューションを用いた効果的なサイバーセキュリティ戦略の実装をサポートします。

【主な業務内容】

  • リージョナルセールスマネージャーと連携し、セキュリティ関連製品や機能の拡販を目指したアカウントプランおよび営業計画を策定
  • 主要顧客と戦略的なレベルで関わり、 Splunk を活用したセキュリティ強化を支援
  • グローバルセキュリティストラテジストと連携し、再現性のあるセキュリティユースケースの特定・定義・推進および GTM ( Go To Market )戦略の実行
  • セキュリティのベストプラクティスや Splunk ソリューションの活用による優先事項への貢献について、営業担当者への専門的な助言・指導
  • セールスリーダー(エリアバイスプレジデント/リージョナルセールスディレクターなど)に対し、 GTM アカウントや実行進捗、競合動向、パートナーエコシステムに関する信頼できるアドバイザーとしてサポート
  • お客様およびパートナー向けのミーティングやイベントでの講演・コンテンツ提供などのリーダーシップ活動

【応募資格】

  • セキュリティプログラムの運営・構築における 5~10 年の経験
  • SOC マネージャー、脅威防御担当、またはシニアセキュリティマネージャーとしての経験
  • 英語と日本語のバイリンガル
  • Splunk のセキュリティ機能の実務経験があれば尚可
  • C レベル層へのユースケース提案や、大規模・複雑な顧客の導入判断を支援した実績
  • 経営層との折衝や戦略的関係構築に優れたコミュニケーション能力

この職種は営業ノルマ(クオータ)はありませんが、個人 KPI および全体セキュリティ目標に基づいた MBO 型のインセンティブプランが適用されます。

The Security Advisor role will be instrumental in growing Splunk’s Security business, as a Cyber Security Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers strengthen their security defenses and leverage Splunk's platform to its full potential. You will work closely with clients to understand their security challenges, provide expert advice, and guide them in implementing effective cybersecurity strategies using Splunk solutions 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to develop account and sales plans for customers to increase the mix of products and capabilities related to Security 
  • Work at a strategic level with key customers to help them improve their security using Splunk. 
  • Interlock and work with our Global Security Strategists to help identify, define and promote repeatable security use cases and deliver to the GTM strategy 
  • Assist Sellers by providing expertise and guidance around the Security best practice and how Splunk’s solutions can help them in there key priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the theater sales leadership (i.e.Area Vice Presidents/ Regional Sales Directors) on GTM account/execution progress, competitive trends and partner ecosystem developments. 
  • Thought-leadership, provide content for, and speak at customer and partner meetings and events 

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in running and building security programs 
  • Previous experience in a SOC Manager Role, Threat Defense or Senior Security Manager
  • Bilingual with English
  • Practitioner expertise with Splunk Security capabilities is a plus 

Be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of use-case positioning with a “C” suite audience, supporting large and complex customer deployment decisions. 

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills. Proven to be able to hold strategic and executive relationships with key personnel in cyber security domains. 

This role will not carry quota, however this will be an MBO-based sales incentive plan with targets aligned to individual KPIs and overall theater targets for Security goals.
