Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guard in Bolton, ON

Title:  Security Guard

Location : Bolton, ON

Payrate: $20.29/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 09:30am to 01:30pm

Overview :

Allied Universal is seeking experienced  Security Guards for our security operations  in Bolton, ON The ideal candidate is  a seasoned guard with excellent communication skills, willing to work rotational shifts,  and able to work within a dynamic security team. If you have experience as a  Security Guard , enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Access Control, CCTV Monitoring
• Communicate with staff, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
• Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience.
• Standard/Emergency First Aid and CPR .
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
• Must have a valid  Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 24hours a week.
• Must be at least 18years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
