Job Title: Security Guard

Job Location: Halton Hills, ON 

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts Days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 

Shifts Times: 0900-1700 and 1500-2300 (Continential- rotational) 

Pay Rate: $18.77

Responsibilities:

• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

• Coordinating with other team leads to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
• Perform regular exterior and interior patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
• CCTV camera operations and monitioring may be required 
• Observe and report all incidents to EMS 
• Provide excellent customer service 

Requirement:

• Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Must be at least 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work with technology and computers
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

• Must be able to demonstrate conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities during confrontational situations
