What You’ll Do

As a  Security Specialist , you'll play a vital role in maintaining safety across our facilities while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding swiftly to emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, or hazardous material events.
• Conducting physical security patrols and monitoring access control systems to ensure site integrity.
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees with questions or concerns related to security matters.
• Documenting daily activities and incident reports with precision under time-sensitive conditions.
• Supporting special projects or private/public events requiring security oversight.
• Working flexible shifts (including unscheduled overtime) based on operational needs.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED plus 2+ years’ experience in a professional setting.
• Valid state driver’s license (and ability to obtain state security guard licensing if applicable).
• CPR/First Aid certification (training provided upon hire).
• Strong multitasking abilities paired with sound judgment under pressure.

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate degree OR prior experience working directly within corporate-security-related fields adds advantage

The range for this position is $36,138.00 - $49,690.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
