Job Description

• Role – Business System Analyst (BSA) 
• Contract
• Location – Hybrid, Client office, Toronto downtown-Canada 

Generic skills and experience are required to work on cyber-related security projects. 

• Experience working on requirements for cybersecurity projects within the banking industry is an asset.

• 10+ years of Business Analysis/Systems Analysis Experience writing requirements on projects in banking or similar industry

• Working with System Development Lifecycle or Product Development Lifecycle

• Working on large technical and complex projects

• Experience writing business and systems requirements on Waterfall methodology (through BRD, SRS, Requirements packages in word or Confluence), and Agile methodology (Epics and User Stories in JIRA) or Hybrid models
• Data analysis/requirements skills

• Experience writing functional and non-functional requirements.

• Experience writing Requirements plans/strategy, then doing Elicitation through meetings, then requirements documentation and reviews (Requirements Management Lifecycle)
• Managing Risks and Issues related to requirements.

Skills specific to individual projects in addition to generic BA skills:

1. Cyber Technology Compliance Operations Project
   - BSA that has experience in building dashboard requirements including data source requirements (data mapping, data architecture), alerting requirements within the Splunk application, System Logging and Monitoring, and change management process updates.

2. Infrastructure Vulnerability Management/ Security – BSA that has Agile experience, writing EPICS and User Stories, and experience working on Vulnerability Management and infrastructure projects (Applications: Qualys and
   ServiceNow, and/ or CyberArk, Infrastructure supply chain risk, vendor remote access, experience as an asset)
3. Application Security
   Projects – Source code requirements and security requirements related to AppSec projects
4. Technology Lifecycle Asset Management
   Initiatives and processes – writing requirements in this domain

5. Cyber Threat Management (Threat Detect Response)
   Requirements related to CTM initiatives if possible
6. Identity and Access Management Program
   – BSA that has Agile experience, writing EPICS and User Stories, and experience working with the Sailpoint application and capabilities.
