Position: Senior Business Analyst Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6-12 months

Note: 100% Remote with some travel (client will pay the travel expenses)

Job Description

They are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to support our client's digital transformation initiatives. This is a contract opportunity to work with an innovative implementation partner at the forefront of customer experience technologies.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical solutions. You'll work closely with client stakeholders, internal technical teams, and project leadership to gather requirements, craft actionable user stories, and ensure successful AEP project delivery.

You'll also act in a Scrum Master capacity-facilitating team performance, removing blockers, and driving project momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide oversight on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and manage expectations
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed business requirements
• Translate client needs into user stories, use cases, and functional documentation
• Collaborate with architects and developers to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Guide Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups
• Monitor delivery progress and support quality assurance through UAT planning and coordination
• Identify and resolve issues during implementation
• Maintain system documentation and provide process improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP initiatives
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and business processes
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced Agile environments
• Ability to manage and deliver complex project requirements
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and client management skills

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Shopify Plus
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA compliance) and related validation tools (e.g., AXE, AMP, WorldSpace)
• Experience with enterprise project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
