Senior Data Analyst - APAC (Japan-based)

Location: Tokyo (Hybrid)
Industry: Medical Devices / Healthcare
Team Size: 6 (APAC region)

A global healthcare company is expanding its Data & Analytics capabilities in Japan. We're looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to transform reporting and support data-driven decision-making across APAC. You'll collaborate with teams in Japan, China, and Malaysia to standardize BI reporting, develop dashboards, and improve data processes.

What You'll Do
・Build and manage Tableau dashboards and reports for business users across APAC.
・Standardize and streamline BI reporting aligned with business priorities.
・Lead change management to enhance reporting processes and governance.
・Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to deliver impactful data products.
・Support daily operations to ensure data tools and processes run smoothly.

What We're Looking For
・Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Python, and SQL.
・Proven ability to lead change initiatives and optimize data processes.
・Bilingual in Japanese and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
・Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, Spark, or other data platforms is a plus.
・Experience working with sales, marketing, or supply chain data is a bonus.
