As Fragrance Evaluator, you will lead the end-to-end creative process, collaborating with a diverse team to deliver tailored fragrance solutions that align with client objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the fragrance creation cycle, managing projects from brief to adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative fragrance solutions and strategic insights
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct technical evaluations including stability testing, sensory analysis, and market trend identification
• Support commercial strategies by translating market trends into concrete fragrance opportunities
• Manage fragrance library maintenance, documentation, and creative process documentation
• Coordinate marketing activities, presentations, and customer interface for fragrance development
• Represent company at industry events and maintain global team communications

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
• Successful experience in fragrance development and evaluation
• Olfactively trained with good knowledge of laboratory procedures and health & safety considerations.
• Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills
