Senior Studio Manager
This is a 40/hour per week role with a 6 month duration. Candidate must be able to go on-site out of Bellevue, WA or Kansas City. Position Overview
The Senior Studio Manager will oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role is pivotal in managing resources, leading project teams, and maintaining high standards of quality while fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and creative professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Utilize project management tools such as Workfront to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress.
- Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to optimize resource allocation and project delivery.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of account and/or project management in multiple areas of marketing communications or advertising
- Proven experience in project management and account management, preferably in a creative studio environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management software, particularly Workfront.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage conflict, and drive successful project outcomes.
