カラーチームのビジョン: イノベーションを通じて、アジアのヘアビューティーを持続的に向上させる

What you´ll do

主な担当業務：

• 日本を含むアジア市場向けのヘアサロン用のヘアカラーの新製品開発プロジェクトにおいて、処方開発・試作・評価および安定性試験の実施、必要な書類の作成など上市に向けた準備、競合品などの分析・評価を担当する。また、ヘアカラー、ヘアケア製品・サービスに繋がる新しい技術開発に取り組み大学などの外部研究機関との連携を行う。
  上記のタスクの実施のために必要な社内外のステークホルダーとの対話において主体的な役割を果たす。

主なStakeholders（主に協働する部署、担当者）

• 研究開発（上司、各製品カテゴリーのマネジャー、国内外の同僚の研究員、製品ライフサイクル管理部門）、日本を含むアジアの薬事担当者、サプライチェーンマネジメント（新製品担当者、製造計画マネジャー）、
  原料購買担当者、マーケティング（マネジャー、および担当者）、原料メーカー担当者、製造先担当者、外部研究機関

海外との関わり合い/英語の使用頻度

• 上記担当業務の遂行およびstakeholdersとの関わりにおいて英語を使用する機会が多い。（メール、電話会議、資料作成、社内システム）

What makes you a good fit

• ５年程度のヘア製品（シャンプーやトリートメント、ヘアカラー等）あるいはパーソナルケア製品の処方開発経験
• 化粧品や医薬部外品に関する関連法規に関する基礎知識
• 業務遂行に社内外の多様なステークホルダーとの密なコミュニケーションが必要なため、積極的かつ綿密にコミュニケーションをとれるスキル
• 化学系、生物学系の学士以上の学歴
• 日本語・英語のスキルは必須（CEFR B1以上）。英語での業務経験はプラス
• 高い成長意欲を持ち、変化に対応しつつ、困難な状況でも周りを巻き込みながらチャレンジを成功させることができる方
