WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Global Payments Technology at RBC is a team that focuses on developing and implementing payment solutions and technologies to support the bank's global payment operations. They work on designing, building, and maintaining payment systems, infrastructure, and applications to enable secure, efficient, and reliable payment processing for RBC's customers.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coordinate the delivery of complex projects and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the adoption of Agile principles and practices. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets/financial allocations and risks. The Senior Scrum Master will lead projects from initiation to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of desired business results while maintaining high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction
