About the role

As an SEO specialist, you'll be doing things like:

• keyword research and developing a content strategy
• on page optimizations
• tech audits and fixes

Tools that you'll be using: 

• Screaming Frog
• Surfer SEO
• Ahrefs

We're looking for someone with some good knowledge of SEO that we can train on our processes and promote them from within. 

About you

Our ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience doing keyword research, tech audits and on page optimizations. You'll be working 40 hours per week. You can work within your timezone, I just ask that there's at least a 2 hour overlap between yours and Pacific Standard Time in the US for quick communication and meetings. 

We're looking for someone who:

• is very passionate about SEO and learning more about it & loves to do it
• someone who's very detail oriented
• someone who wants autonomy and can be trusted to do the right thing

What's in it for you?

The salary range is $1300-$2000 a month depending on experience. You'll also get:

• ongoing SEO training
• 5 paid sick days after 6 months
• 10 paid vacation days after 12 months
