The Roles;
This role is to focus on the development and growth of the Service business in Japan and plays a key part in contributing to the profitability and the growth of Edwards Japan Service business. It is required to facilitate total responsiveness to customers needs by ensuring optimum communication processes are in place within the global/local Edwards organization.
Responsibility:
In conjunction with the Sales and Business Development teams to identify new service opportunities and proactively develop new service business for Edwards.
Maximize the company profits through increasing current service margins and creating new value added service offerings to the customers.
Perform regular service contact with customers. Compile the customers’ terms and conditions and prepare the presentation material and provide customer presentation.
Regularly report business information to management team regarding marketplace trends and any changes including customers, competitors and 3rd parties’ activities. Specially defend the invasion of 3rd parties to service market.
Monitor marketplace trends and changes.
Report results of service activities and provide important business information to the management.
Identify and communicate customer needs to the Company in a timely and effective manner.
Skills;
1. Field service experience in Semiconductor industry
2. Leadership and management experience
3. Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and proposal ability
4. Global communication skills
5. Japanese and English（Business level）
6. Driver's license
