Job Description

We are looking for a methodical and organized person who will handle cargo that enters and leaves our warehouse.

Duties include:

• Unpacking, packing and pricing items according to exact procedure, ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders, attaching security tags, stocking shelves with merchandise, assisting with packaging and mailing of customer orders and warranties.
• There are some general cleaning and office duties such as dusting, sweeping, preparing boxes and plastic for recycling, printing orders and photocopying.
• May require some basic computer skills such as emailing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of store shipping & receiving procedures
• Good math skills
• Ability to operate labeller, calculator and some basic computer skills
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position
• Ability to do physical work (lifting & moving merchandise)
• Ability to stand for long periods of times
• Variable work schedule (may require evenings or weekends)
