The Job At-A-Glance We are a multi-disciplinary team creating a net new product line for Q2. You will be the SRE responsible for setting up our bank-tough infrastructure, interfacing with the architecture team to make sure that we are using best practices and pipelines to keep our product compliant.
A Typical Day - Integrate the team that is building a new product line that may leveraging LLMs
- Support the definition of the architecture that needs to be SOC2 compliant and highly scalable to support demand
- To be the primary contributor of our IAC code that will be created using CDK with Typescript. We are leveraging several serverless components so IAC and code are tightly coupled
- Create our build and deployment pipelines in a full CI/CD paradigm
- Interface with the Cloud Architecture teams to make sure that our infrastructure keeps evolving with the market
- Maintaining standards for secure, highly available infrastructure

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For: - Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience primarily with AWS, Typescript and CDK or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional experience with a public cloud provider (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- 2+ years of professional experience working with CI/CD pipelines on any platform (GitLab, TeamCity, Jenkins, Azure-Devops)
- Proficiency in one or more programming (e.g. C#, Java, Python, Typescript) and scripting (e.g. Bash, Python, Powershell) languages
- Empathy for the end user and a desire to measure your work by both the customer value and technical quality
- A bias for action tempered with thinking about the implications of the work you're doing
- Enthusiasm for the field and professional development/improvement outside the day-to-day job
- Strong preference for automating repetitive manual tasks
- 2+ years experience in a DevOps, Platform, or SRE role
- 2+ years experience with an Infrastructure as Code technology (Terraform or similar)
- 2+ years experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration technology
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and dashboard technologies
- Experience leading cross-team projects and mentoring other engineers
